Return and Refund Policy

At Magnetic Sheet, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return your item, we detail our terms and conditions below:


Return period

Our policy lasts 30 calendar days from the date you receive the product. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.


Conditions for eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • It must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.

  • It must be in its original packaging .

  • Proof of purchase or invoice is required.

We do not accept returns on the following products:

  • Gift cards.

  • Software downloads.

  • Personal care, intimate or sanitary products.

  • Products containing hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases.


Partial refunds (where applicable)

A partial refund may be granted in cases such as:

  • Products with obvious signs of use.

  • CD, DVD, software, video games or open vinyl.

  • Products damaged or incomplete due to causes beyond our responsibility.

  • Returns made after 30 days.


Refund process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll send you an email confirming receipt and whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.


Late or non-received refunds

If you haven't received your refund yet, please:

  1. Please check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your card issuer.

  3. Check with your bank, as crediting times may vary.

Items on sale

Only products purchased at regular price will be refunded. Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.


Changes (where applicable)

We only replace products if they are defective or damaged . If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at magneticsheet111@gmail.com and send it to:

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return . Once we receive the item, a gift card or code will be emailed to you.

If the product was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the person who made the purchase.


Shipping costs

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable . If a refund is approved, the shipping cost will be deducted.

We recommend using tracking or shipping insurance for returns over $75. We don't guarantee receipt of your item if it can't be tracked.
